چکیده

Background and Study Aim. It is believed that the somatotype a predictor of indicators functional readiness. There are significant differences in aerobic performance body for people different somatotypes among students girls men. Features manifestation anaerobic possibilities an organism at persons various from 7 to 30 years old described. We can assume women first adulthood period somatotypes, readiness manifested ways. The aim study was identify features aerobic, lactate alactate productivity mature age somatotypes.
Material Methods. involved 210 females 25-35 old. Somatotype determined all subjects. Functional by lactatic productivity, alactatic organism. power energy supply processes investigated VO2max. To determine VO2max used cycling ergometric version PWC 170 test. subjects performed stepwise increasing load on ergometer TAM. At end each stage, heart rate recorded. TAM level corresponded inflection point growth chart. capacity indicator maximum quantity mechanical work 1 minute (MQMK). bicycle duration min with 225 W pedaling frequency. Wingate test WAnT 30. 10. Statistical processing using program STATISTICA 13.
Results. According absolute (WAnT10. WAnT30. MQMK, TAM, VO2max) advantage representatives endomorphic-mesomorphic established. relative (TAM, ectomorphic balanced predominate.
Conclusions. High values associated high of mass combination percentage muscle somatotypes. Accordingly, lower characterized fitness. dominated which mass.
